  2. After Shipping:

    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    • However, you may initiate a return after receiving the order, as per our Return and Exchange Policy.


Refund for Canceled Orders

  1. Prepaid Orders:

    • If your prepaid order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  2. COD Orders:

    • No charges apply for canceled COD orders. However, once shipped, COD orders cannot be canceled.


Exceptions

  1. Bulk Orders:

    • Orders placed in bulk (e.g., more than 10 items) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  2. Custom or Personalized Items:

    • Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.
